Since 2000, Sanremo’s railway lines run through the immediate inland areas with tunnels and viaducts.
It’s because of this development that the area’s old layout has seen formidable requalification work along the coast, including the creation of a 24 kilometer bicycle and pedestrian walkway, which in many parts is in direct contact with the sea.
ACTIVITIES: Rent a bike for a ride in a unique environment on a completely flat path, far from traffic. A Segway tour along the coast is another original idea (limited availability).
