INFORMATION RELATED TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA<\/strong><\/p>\n

Articles 10 and\u00a013 of\u00a0 Decree Law 196\/2003<\/strong><\/p>\n

In relation\u00a0to the processing of\u00a0personal data, the subject concerned has the right:<\/p>\n

a) to know,\u00a0through free access to\u00a0the register referred to\u00a0in Article 31,\u00a0paragraph 1, letter\u00a0a), the\u00a0existence of personal\u00a0data concerning the subject;<\/p>\n

b) to be\u00a0informed as to what referred to in\u00a0 Article\u00a07, paragraph 4, letters\u00a0a),\u00a0b) and h);<\/p>\n

c)\u00a0to obtain from\u00a0the proprietor or\u00a0manager, without\u00a0delay:<\/p>\n

  1. confirmation as to the existence or lack thereof, of\u00a0 personal data concerning him,\u00a0even if\u00a0not yet recorded,\u00a0and communication in an\u00a0intelligible form of the data and their\u00a0origin, as well as of\u00a0 the logic and purposes on which\u00a0it is processed; the\u00a0request may be\u00a0renewed, unless\u00a0there are justified reasons, after\u00a0not less than ninety\u00a0days;<\/li>\n
  2. cancellation, transformation into anonymous form\u00a0or blocking of\u00a0data processed\u00a0unlawfully,\u00a0including data whose retention\u00a0is unnecessary\u00a0for the purposes for which the data\u00a0were\u00a0collected or\u00a0subsequently processed;<\/li>\n
  3. updating,\u00a0rectification or,\u00a0where interested therein, integration of\u00a0data;<\/li>\n
  4. certification that\u00a0the operations referred\u00a0to in 2) and 3) have\u00a0been notified, also as\u00a0regards their\u00a0contents, to\u00a0those to whom the\u00a0data were communicated or\u00a0disseminated, except\u00a0where the fulfillment of this requirement proves\u00a0impossible or\u00a0involves a\u00a0manifestly disproportionate effort\u00a0compared\u00a0to the protected right;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    d)\u00a0to oppose,\u00a0in whole or\u00a0in part, for\u00a0legitimate reasons, the processing of\u00a0personal data, even if pertinent\u00a0to the purpose of\u00a0collection;<\/p>\n

    \u00a0e) to oppose,\u00a0in whole or in\u00a0part, the processing\u00a0of personal data\u00a0concerning him, for purposes of\u00a0commercial information or delivery of advertising materials\u00a0or direct selling, or for carrying\u00a0out market research\u00a0or interactive commercial communication, and\u00a0to be\u00a0informed by the owner, not\u00a0later than the time\u00a0in which the data\u00a0are communicated or disclosed, of the possibility\u00a0of exercising this right free of charge .<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
    Any\u00a0correspondence relating to the processing of data should be\u00a0sent\u00a0by certified mail to the proprietor responsible for\u00a0 the processing:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
